Long term Gravitation Measurements: 10 September to 2 November 2010

Referring to the graph:

The graph shows results of measurements taken from 10 September to 2 November 2010. Our setup has pairs of oscillators in a strong room, as well as a general laboratory area at our company premises in Diep River, Cape Town, South Africa. To gain more confidence in our measurements we duplicated the setup, resulting in two independent pairs of oscillators in both measurement stations.

Apart from subtracting a constant from the data to yield convenient y-axis scaling, no filtering, curve fits or trend adjustment has been done.

The green and brown lines are opposing because the differential calculation is done with opposing algebraic signs. However, “mirroring” shows that independent oscillator pairs do react similarly.
The red and blue lines, set up to react in the same direction also show similar trends

The SR2 (Strongroom2) crystal shows a long term drift. The offset was not changed for the period under review to accommodate this drift (i.e. the offset stayed constant)

Power failure was experienced on 12 October 2010. This is reflected in the graph.

Below is a daily view for 15 September 2010.
